Artist's Description

The Guadalupe River runs from Kerr County, Texas, to San Antonio Bay on the Gulf of Mexico. It is a popular destination for rafting, fly fishing, and canoeing. Larger cities along it include Kerrville, New Braunfels, Seguin, Gonzales, Cuero, and Victoria. It has several dams along its length, the most notable of which, Canyon Dam, forms Canyon Lake northwest of New Braunfels.

My photographic work has won awards and has been frequently published in books, calendars and magazines such as National Geographic, Time, Popular Photography, Smithsonian Magazine, and Texas Highways. Originally from Sweden, I now reside in the Pacific Northwest (Seattle area). I enjoy many types of photographic subjects and styles, but really love landscape, nature and travel photography.
